>>>>Spots are approx. 8′ x 8′ – YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, AND WHATEVER YOU NEED TO SET YOUR BOOTH UP!<<<<

Set-up is announced 7-10 days prior to the show. If you are a vendor, please make sure you are a member of the vendor’s group on Facebook, which will be sent to all new vendors once they are accepted into the show and paid.

All vendors are responsible for their own licensing, taxes, legalities, etc. Also, all vendors must leave their spots clean and free of garbage and must dispose of garbage properly at the end of the event.

We do not accept all vendors. You must be a small, local indie business or artisan to be considered.

The spirit of PRFM Lorain is DIY and unique items. We do not accept vendors who sell items such as 31, Scentsy, Jamberry Nails, Posh, Origami Owl, IT Works, Lularoe, and other similar product lines.

However, if you sell items such as original artwork, jewelry, sculpture, photography, music, old concert t-shirts, vinyl/records, posters, vintage and retro clothing/toys/housewares/collectibles, antiques, taxidermy, strange and unique curiosities, stickers and buttons, handmade crafts, handcrafted items, action figures, tarot cards, vintage video games, comic books, skateboards and other like-minded items, you’re probably going to love vending with us and be a perfect fit at PRFM Lorain!

We take the time to curate our vendor list to prevent too many of the same style vendors from setting up. We want a vast variety and do not want to over saturate with similar vendors – for example, if we have a vendor selling Gothic jewelry and another vendor applies who appears to have similar if not the same style of merchandise, we will hold the second vendor on our waitlist. We want our vendors to represent the best variety out there and of course, make good money!

PRFM Lorain loves non-profit groups! If you are a non-profit group interested in setting up a table at PRFM Lorain, email us for a special non-profit rate!
